Responsibilities
Contribute to developing organization-wide HR strategy.
Designing and implementing organization HR policies.
Supervising Payroll and Benefits (Payroll, EOBI, Social Security, Health & Life Takaful Fuel Cards, etc.).
Manage different site HR Operations through dedicated HR resources.
Manage and update the Master data of employees in SAP HCM.
Compliance of HR policies and procedures and responsible for all HR audits and regulatory norms.
Manage digital copies of employee personal files in SAP HCM.
Manage the organization’s HR systems (SAP HCM, Fiori/Employee portal, performance management system, etc.).
Preparation of the organization-wide HR budget and its controlling and monitoring.
Manage and update the master data of different units.
Addressing employees’ queries (e.g., on compensation, labor regulations).
Work on the standardization of KPIs and evaluating key HR metrics for monitoring performance
