A Technical Project Manager to lead the projects from conceptual design through implementation with outstanding managerial & client handling skills. You will be expected to demonstrate out of the box managerial ability to motivate, build, and monitor cross regional teams. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a well-known institute.
8+ years overall professional experience in the software industry.
4+ years of experience in hands-on software development in. Net OR LLMs.
3+ years of management experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience of working in a product development environment is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor the project and prepare staffing plans.
Communicate with clients to understand and groom requirements and provide the status.
Keep senior management updated with status and risks mitigation/management.
Help the team to provide realistic work estimates.
Help the team in technical decisions and technical challenges.
Resolve routine project issues during project execution.
Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members.
Be ultimately responsible for the quality of service being delivered by the team.
Provide frequent feedback on employee performance, address weaknesses or inefficiencies, and offer support to improve skill gaps.
