Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with a strong background in software development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on coding and development experience and has successfully transitioned into project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage technical projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to plan, execute, and oversee project activities.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project quality standards are met.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders and senior management.
Mentor and guide team members to foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in software development and coding.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) are a plus.
Preferred Experience:
A minimum of 5 years in software development.
At least 3 years in a project management role.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
