Base pay range We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, refrigerators, and ventilation systems. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults for HVAC systems. Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Conduct performance checks and preventative maintenance on systems. Replace or repair worn parts and systems as needed. Calibrate systems to the manufacturer’s specifications. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used. Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures and regulations. Communicate effectively with clients regarding system issues, recommended repairs, and maintenance schedules. Qualifications And Skills High school diploma or technical school certificate in HVAC or related field. HVAC certification (EPA Universal Certification preferred). Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components. Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and schematics. Excellent troubleshooting and repair skills. Ability to use hand and power tools safely. Physical ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment. Good communication and customer service skills. Valid driver’s license.
