Domo Ventures MENA is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager, preferably an Arabic national, to oversee daily operations at a 3-star hotel in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and have a robust background in hospitality management.
Responsibilities
Manage hotel operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance occupancy rates.
Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in the UAE.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in Arabic and English.
