Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for medical billing clients, ensuring their goals and satisfaction are consistently met.
Provide expert support and guidance on medical billing processes, helping clients navigate complex billing requirements.
Collaborate with internal billing teams to quickly resolve client issues, manage inquiries, and keep clients informed of product or service updates.
Track client satisfaction and contract renewals, identifying opportunities for service enhancement.
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills– verbal and written.
Strong background inmedical billing , with hands-on experience in client management and account support.
Proven success in a customer success or account management role in the healthcare or medical billing sector.
Ability to work effectively in an onsite, night-shift role.
