Lead and support the waitstaff, ensuring smooth coordination and teamwork. Greet and assist guests with professionalism and warmth. Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly. Ensure proper table settings, cleanliness, and adherence to service standards. Assist in training new staff and conducting performance check-ins. Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless operations. Uphold hygiene, safety, and service protocols. Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or head waiter role in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of customer service techniques and dining etiquette. Fluent in English; other languages are a plus. Energetic, reliable, and customer-focused mindset. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
