We are looking for a high-level Head of Social Media who can turn our platforms into one of the most influential beauty pages in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the full social media strategy
Grow and manage platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and Linked In
Design viral content concepts for Reels, Shorts, and short-form videos
Lead and coordinate the content creation team
Collaborate with beauty influencers and creators
Drive real salon bookings through social media campaigns
Analyze performance data and continuously optimize content strategy
Build a strong and recognizable brand presence online
Requirements
Minimum 4 years social media management experience in Dubai
Experience in Beauty, Salon, Cosmetics, or Aesthetic brands
Proven ability to create viral short-form content
Experience growing accounts to large audiences
Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and Linked In algorithms
Experience working with beauty influencers and creators
Deep understanding of Dubai’s beauty and lifestyle market
