Key Responsibilities
Leads all production activities including planning, cutting, finishing, and on-site installation of imported marble, ensuring operationalexcellence and high-quality project execution
Lead and manage the full production cycle of imported marble from receiving to final installation
Oversee cutting, polishing, and finishing processes to ensure quality standards are met
Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
Optimize resource allocation, production scheduling, and manpower planning
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and operationalprotocols
Analyze production data to identify improvements and reducecosts without compromising quality
