The Role We're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Growth & Sales Lead to take our AI products to market.
You'll own the full customer acquisition journey—from finding prospects to closing deals to building a community of advocates.
This is a hands-on role where you'll shape our go-to-market strategy from the ground up.
What You'll Do Outbound Sales & Business Development Build and manage prospecting pipelines using Apollo and similar tools Identify and qualify leads across target verticals (SMBs, freelancers, event planners, restaurants, salons) Conduct outreach via email, Linked In, and calls Run discovery calls and product demos Close deals and manage the sales cycle end-to-end Track and report on sales metrics and pipeline health Marketing & Social Media Plan and execute social media content across Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, and relevant platforms Create and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, Linked In) Develop marketing collateral: case studies, product videos, testimonials Write compelling copy that speaks to each product's target audience Test messaging and iterate based on performance data Community Building Grow and engage online communities around our products Identify and nurture relationships with early adopters and champions Organise webinars, demos, and virtual events Gather user feedback and relay insights to the product team Build partnerships with complementary businesses and influencers Our Products Kira – AI Personal Assistant A Whats App-based assistant for busy professionals.
