About the role
As an Analyst in the Finance Co E, you will reports to a Finance Manager and be part of an analyst team that supports a portfolio of markets. In this role you will conduct finance planning and reporting across markets, help create standardised reports matter-of‑fact forecasts/budgets, and perform financial performance analysis to allow data‑driven decisions.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to multiple markets while contributing to the centralisation and improvement of Reckitt’s Finance Planning and Accounting (FP&A) processes. If you are passionate about finance, data analytics, and continuous improvement, this role will allow you to grow and make a real impact on our global business.
Responsibilities
Prepare and consolidate financial reports for monthly and quarterly results, ensuring key performance metrics (sales, profitability, costs, etc.) are accurately reported and delivered on time to global and regional stakeholders.
Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. forecast vs. budget), and clearly explain drivers behind numbers, highlight trends and insights that guide business decisions.
Support planning and fore‑cycle, including annual budgets and periodic forecasts: coordinate data gathering from markets, validate entries, align assumptions with global guidelines to shape a unified financial outlook.
Manage and enhance financial dashboards and reports (e.g. in Power BI or similar tools) to give users current, intuitive views of finance performance. Make sure dashboards capture the correct KPIs and that data is uniform across reporting inputs.
Participate in finance transformation initiatives by finding opportunities to streamline and refine existing FP&A processes. Contribute to standardise report templates, automate manual tasks, and share best practices that increase Co E’s efficiency and influence.
Collaborate closely with market finance teams and other Co E members to guarantee data integrity and single source‑truth in our financial systems. Act as a liaison, helping local teams grasp Co E procedures and fix data or reporting issues to keep data correct.
Assist with ad‑hoc analysis and projects as required, such as deep dives into specific expenses or trends, scenario modelling for strategic ventures, or prep finance decks for senior leadership meetings. Turn data into actionable insights and influence projects.
Adjust and thrive in dynamic environment – the Co E constantly evolves. You will handle last‑minute changes or demands, work under tight deadlines especially during reporting periods, and keep high quality. Demonstrate agility, teamwork, and a proactive approach to solving every financial question.
The experience we’re looking for
2‑4 years of experience in finance, analytics, or a compatible sector, preferably within the CPG sector.
Strong analytics and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
Excellent attention to detail—working with large data sets.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
