Hotel General Manager (job role based in Somaliland)

Our client is looking for a Hotel General Manager to join their team based in Somaliland.
Key Responsibilities will Include:
Develop and execute a long-term vision and rolling strategy for the subsidiary’s hospitality operations.
Collaborate with Business Development to identify and pursue new revenue opportunities.
Support and coordinate with commercial and hotel teams to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Recruit, train, and lead a qualified hospitality team to achieve business goals.
Take full Profit & Loss accountability for Hospitality and F&B, ensuring financial performance and cost control.
Manage revenues and commercial budgets, optimizing pricing strategies and profit margins.
Oversee the development and performance of hospitality teams at hotel locations.
Guide and support line managers in executing their strategic responsibilities effectively.
Establish KPIs and performance measures with senior management to drive productivity and improvement.
Implement budget allocation strategies, ensuring effective financial planning and operational success.
Monitor and enhance guest satisfaction, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Drive continuous innovation and improvements in hospitality services, F&B offerings, and business operations.
Who we’re looking for:
Must have a bachelor’s or higher degree in hospitality management or related field.
Must have 12 years of hospitality experience with 5 years of experience in hotel/resort management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of financial management, marketing, and hospitality software.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for excellence.
