Role Overview:
We are seeking a Head of Real Estate Investment Research to lead our investment research strategy, drive data analytics, and provide market intelligence. This role requires deep knowledge of real estate markets, investment analysis, and data-driven insights to inform investment decisions and identify high-growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Investment Research Strategy & Leadership

Develop and implement the investment research strategy to support data-driven investment decisions and portfolio optimization.
Build and lead a high-performing research team, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and strategic foresight.
Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks.
Provide actionable insights and forecasts on real estate market dynamics, economic indicators, and investment trends.
Utilize Smart Bricks’ AI-powered analytics to develop predictive models and data-driven investment theses.
Implement quantitative investment frameworks for property valuation, risk assessment, and portfolio optimization.

Investment Insights & Thought Leadership

Deliver investment reports, research publications, and white papers to position Smart Bricks as an industry thought leader.
Present research findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, investors, and strategic partners.

Strategic Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with product, sales, and investment teams to align research insights with business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, economists, and market analysts to enhance research capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills:
7+ years of experience in real estate investment research, financial analysis, or market intelligence, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in conducting data-driven investment research and developing actionable investment insights.
Deep knowledge of real estate markets, investment trends, and economic indicators.
Expertise in quantitative research, predictive modeling, and data analytics tools.
Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
