Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Analyze financial data, variances, and trends to support strategic decision‑making.

Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, vendor statements, and internal ledgers.

Collaborate with departments to prepare annual budgets and monitor budget utilization.

Supervise accounts payable processes including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor communication.

Monitor accounts receivable, including student fee collection, aging analysis, and follow‑ups.

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide necessary documentation and explanations.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax filings, and financial policies.
