We are seeking motivated and customer-oriented Call Centre Representatives for Recovery (Fintech Project) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling a high volume of outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude. A strong background in financial services and finance collections, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering customers calls, listening to their concerns and solving problems
Answer outbound calls and respond to customer queries
Familiarly with CRM System & Practices
Previous experience in a customer support role
Fresh and Experienced both are encouraged to apply
Record Keeping Related to Calls
Experience in a Call Center as Outbound CSR (Recovery) is a big Plus
Previous experience in Bank, similar project or Finance Collection will be preferred
Qualifications:
Graduation in any field.
Previous experience in Call Center as recovery agent will be preferred.
Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to handle systems efficiently and accurately.
Having a good exposure in sales and recovery

Timings: 9am to 6pm - 06 days a week and 01 day off as per roster
Gross Salary Range is Rs. 33,000/- per month Plus KPI’s (5,000), inclusive of all allowances.
