Duties: Recruiting employees to the office, according to staff schedule.
Derivation of monthly sales to the level of office self-sufficiency.
Growth and formation of the company profit.
Document flow keeping, according to the company policy.
Financial report (taxes, salary, etc.).
Active personal sales.
Key clients negotiation.
Obeying labor discipline.
Seminars maintenance.
Meetings presentations holding.
Job Specification We are seeking an active and initiative candidate who can comply with all basic requirements established by our company policy. The candidate must be honest, hard-working, and possess good managerial skills. Main Requirements: Higher education in Marketing or Management Organizations.
Work experience in a similar position of not less than 5 years.
Strong knowledge in marketing, business promotion, and administration.
Familiarity with modern internet technologies.
Able to provide new effective steps for business promotion.
Advanced English communication and writing skills.
Required age from 30 to 45 years old.
