Senior Business Development Manager – DOOHWe are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with deep expertise in Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising, strong brand and agency relationships, and a proven ability to generate revenue.
The ideal candidate will focus on onboarding brands, securing agency partnerships, and driving the adoption of our DOOH network by leading high-value sales and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities New Business & Revenue Generation Identify, target, and close new business opportunities with brands, media agencies, and advertisers specifically for DOOH campaigns.
Develop strategies to onboard brands across categories and grow their investment in our DOOH inventory.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects and convert them into long-term business.
Present tailored DOOH advertising solutions to clients, addressing their marketing and audience objectives.
Client, Brand & Agency Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers, CMOs, media planners, media buyers, and agency heads.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring consistent follow-through and high client satisfaction.
Conduct meetings, presentations, site walkthroughs, and product demonstrations to showcase DOOH capabilities.
Work closely with agencies to include our DOOH inventory in their annual plans and RFPs.
Strategy, Market Insights & Collaboration Monitor market trends, competition, and audience insights in the DOOH sector.
Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on location analytics, audience behavior, and campaign performance.
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Ad Scheduling, Creative, Product, and Finance) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Oversee pricing, deal structures, and negotiation to close profitable agreements.
Leadership & Reporting Support in setting sales targets and contribute to forecasting and revenue planning.
Mentor junior sales/BD team members as needed.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements5–10+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development within OOH / DOOH advertising, media agencies, or advertising sales.
Strong network across brands, media agencies, and decision-makers in the advertising ecosystem.
Demonstrated success in closing deals and bringing in recurring revenue.
Strong understanding of DOOH formats, audience measurement, traffic analytics, and campaign delivery processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills Experience with location-based advertising, programmatic DOOH, or audience analytics tools.
Ability to understand technical aspects of digital screens, inventory mapping, and campaign scheduling.
Competence in data-driven storytelling for client presentations.
