About the Opportunity
As an

Account Executive , you will spearhead business development efforts across the UAE and MENA region. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and executing new opportunities, building strong relationships with institutional clients, and representing the company in the region. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of blockchain technology and Web3 innovation.
This position will be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, working remotely with a global team.
How You Will Make an Impact
Be the first representative on the ground in the Middle East, driving business growth in the UAE and MENA region.
Identify and execute on new opportunities to increase revenue for the institutional staking business.
Build strong relationships with institutional clients, including exchanges, asset managers, family offices, and major token holders.
Represent the company in media engagements, conferences, industry forums, and in meetings with local clients and regulators.
Support regulatory and policy efforts to ensure the company operates in full compliance with applicable local requirements.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to inform products and user experiences tailored to the needs of regional clients.
Provide insights on regional market trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic corporate opportunities to the leadership team.
Who You Are
5+ years of relevant experience, with some or all of it in the Middle East.
Currently working in the Middle East and have strong relationships with crypto and traditional finance (Trad Fi) clients in the region.
Experience in family offices, asset management, venture capital, or fund management in the Middle East.
Proven success meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
Track record of filling the sales funnel with qualified leads and nurturing them through the sales cycle while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Strong customer advocacy skills and the ability to drive customer expansion.
Experience with CRM tools to track leads and opportunities.
Keen interest in crypto/blockchain with familiarity in staking.
Self-starter who thrives in building businesses in fast-developing sectors and can manage all stages of the sales cycle.
Pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and always looking to improve processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
High emotional intelligence (EQ) and enjoys collaborating with a growing team.
Experience engaging with financial and legal regulators and managing a business or business unit subject to regulatory oversight.
Excellent business communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
Strong understanding of regulated financial services operations (e.g., Compliance, Finance, Risk, Treasury, Audit).
Experience working in a multinational business environment.
Eligibility Requirements
Must be a UAE national or possess a valid UAE residency visa with the right to work, as this role requires local employment arrangements.
