Senior Solution Consultant – Cards & Payments (IMEA)Dubai, UAE | Regional Presales Leadership Role ANKH ID: 234 ANKH Executive is supporting a Tier-1 global fintech market leader in the urgent appointment of a Senior Solution Consultant – Cards & Payments, based in Dubai and covering the India, Middle East & Africa (IMEA) region. This is a high-visibility, high-impact presales role within one of the most commercially driven sales organisations in global payments. You will work closely with senior sales leadership on complex, strategic opportunities, helping leading banks and financial institutions modernise and scale their Cards & Payments capabilities. This role suits a confident, resilient presales professional who thrives under pressure and is comfortable operating in a very busy, aggressive sales culture. The Role As Senior Solution Consultant, you will act as a trusted technical and commercial advisor, owning presales engagements across the region and directly influencing deal success. Key responsibilities include: Leading presales engagements across IMEA, partnering closely with senior sales leaders throughout the full sales cycle Owning and driving RFI/RFP responses, solution positioning and competitive differentiation Delivering high-impact product demonstrations, workshops and proof-of-concepts Translating complex client, regulatory and business requirements into clear, value-driven solution architectures Advising banks and financial institutions on Cards & Payments modernisation, including issuing, fraud, chargebacks and instant payments Collaborating with product, delivery and commercial teams to validate solutions, estimate scope and support deal structuring Supporting opportunity qualification, deal strategy and successful closures Maintaining strong awareness of market trends, competitor offerings and regional dynamics This role requires strong prioritisation, confidence with senior stakeholders and the ability to operate independently with limited supervision. Your Background We are seeking a senior presales professional with strong enterprise experience and deep Cards & Payments expertise. You will bring:10+ years of overall presales / solution consulting experience within fintech or enterprise technology environments A minimum of 5+ years specifically in Cards, Issuing and Payments presales / solution consulting Strong understanding of issuing platforms, DCMS, fraud & chargebacks, mobile payments, instant payments and modern payment rails Proven experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with banks and financial institutions Strong commercial mindset and the ability to partner effectively with senior sales leadership Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills Comfort operating in a fast-paced, demanding, target-driven sales environment Language & Regional Exposure Fluent professional English is mandatory French is highly desirable; Arabic is a plus Experience across the Middle East, Africa and/or Francophone markets is strongly valued Professionals with experience from UK, France and Western Europe, alongside Middle East and Francophone Africa exposure, are particularly encouraged to apply as part of the team's continued regional growth and evolution.
