Growth Operations Specialist Green Tomato Media is looking for a Growth Operations Specialist to build the operational systems and infrastructure that drive visibility on You Tube and Search— through methods that go beyond what's in the official guidelines.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
You won't be optimizing landing pages, running A/B tests, or refining email campaigns.
You'll be building systems that work around platform limitations — account infrastructure, engagement mechanics, and the operational backbone that makes unconventional tactics repeatable at scale.
The role is foundational.
As results develop, so will your responsibilities — including potential team leadership.

Conventional methods and timelines don't apply.
Understand how platforms really work -- detection, signals, thresholds -- and find the gaps.
Design experiments that challenge assumptions about what's possible.
Track, measure, and report on experiments with intellectual honesty.
Kill what doesn't work fast, double down on what does.
Operations & Infrastructure Build systems and maintenance -- at scale and under the radar.
Set up and manage the technical environment to support operations.
Create a task execution capacity that outperforms external platforms.
Process & Documentation Develop systematic approaches to engagement and CTR optimization.
Document what works into clear, repeatable processes (SOPs).
Build foundations that can scale with the company.
Who You Are You've worked in SEO, You Tube growth, or affiliate marketing — ideally in competitive niches.
You understand how platforms really work, not just the official guidelines.
You're a systems thinker: you see the process behind the tactic.
You're resourceful, scrappy, and solution-oriented.
You're comfortable with ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.
You're autonomous — you don't wait to be told what to do.
English fluent; French is a plus.
Bonus Points Experience in i Gaming or high-competition affiliate verticals.
Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Make, or similar).
You've built or scaled a You Tube channel before.
Experience setting up remote operations or working with distributed teams.
