About the Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Group Chief Marketing Officer to build a global brand across multiple digital trading platforms spanning cryptocurrency, foreign exchange, equities and contracts for difference (CFDs).

The Challenge
Drive verified user acquisitions, KYC completions, first‑time deposits, trading volumes and global brand dominance across Retail High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) and Institutional segments through B2 B, B2 B2 C and B2 C channels.

Key Responsibilities
Global Brand Building
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to build and strengthen the company’s global brand identity ensuring consistent messaging, positioning and visibility across international markets through campaigns, partnerships and brand guidelines.

Marketing Team Setup and Leadership
Establish, recruit and lead a dedicated marketing team tailored to Retail HNWI and Institutional segments. Define team structure, hire top talent, set performance metrics and build a collaborative, results‑oriented culture.

Performance Marketing Strategy
Design and implement performance‑driven marketing initiatives across all business models:

Build deep marketing funnels driving user sign‑ups, KYC completions, first‑time deposits, repeated deposits and trading volume growth

Manage global performance campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, display advertising, SEO, affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, email automation and re‑engagement flows

Build attribution models and user‑journey optimization frameworks for all markets

Product Marketing Leadership
Build a full‑scale product marketing organization across all asset classes:

Cryptocurrency Products

Spot Trading:

Create clear differentiators around liquidity, UX, security and execution; develop segment‑specific messaging for new users, advanced traders and institutional desks

Perpetual Futures:

Craft positioning focused on leverage, risk management tools, funding rates and execution reliability for professional traders, prop desks and quant funds

Copy Trading:

Build value propositions around performance transparency, ease of replication and risk control; drive both strategy providers and followers

Token Ecosystem & Launchpad

Build complete market story for the platform’s launchpad as a gateway for new token offerings

Develop positioning around due diligence, liquidity support and investor protection

Architect global adoption strategy for the native utility token across all platforms

Build utility‑driven messaging (fee discounts, loyalty rewards, exclusive access, enhanced limits, priority support)

Traditional Trading Products

Foreign Exchange:

Compete with top global FX brokers on spreads, execution speed, platform stability and regulatory strength

CFDs:

Build narratives around diversification, leverage, structures, risk controls and cross‑margin opportunities

Global Equities:

Position as a competitive gateway with fractional investing, sector‑based trading ideas and earnings‑driven planning

Messaging & Positioning

Define core value propositions and narratives for each asset class

Develop market‑specific variations while maintaining brand consistency

Deliver clear messaging frameworks for all launches, updates and competitive releases

Launch Planning & Go‑To‑Market Execution

Create detailed launch blueprints for new features, assets, trading pairs and platform upgrades

Define target segments, positioning, user incentives and growth levers

Run coordinated global campaigns across all departments

Competitive Intelligence

Track global pricing models, fee structures, margin rules and token utility systems

Benchmark top competitors across US, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia

Monitor user behavior trends, regulatory shifts and new product categories

Use intelligence to guide campaign positioning, pricing recommendations and product roadmap

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Develop dedicated go‑to‑market strategies for each segment

Oversee institutional lead generation for liquidity providers, hedge funds, asset managers, family offices and broker networks

Create premium HNWI acquisition ecosystem with concierge‑level sales integration

Compliance and Risk Alignment
Ensure all marketing campaigns follow AML guidelines, KYC requirements, regional codes and regulatory marketing restrictions. Work closely with Compliance, Legal and Risk teams for campaign approvals.

Required Experience

Minimum

12‑18 years in high‑growth technology, fintech, trading or financial services

Experience managing global performance marketing budgets of

8‑figure annual spends

Proven track record

scaling user bases from thousands to millions

Deep understanding of trading user behavior across cryptocurrency, FX and CFDs

Experience building global teams across UAE, India, Europe, Africa and Southeast Asia

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools)

Expertise in CRM systems and marketing automation software

Familiarity with blockchain trading technologies and financial market dynamics

Leadership and Soft Skills

Exceptional leadership with proven team building and talent development experience

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments managing multiple priorities

Strong accountability with KPI structures, weekly reporting and execution discipline

Other Requirements

Willingness to travel internationally

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Demonstrated success achieving measurable marketing outcomes (user acquisition, brand awareness, revenue growth)
