Overview
Tik Tok is seeking an excellent Finance Company Companion that will be a crucial factor to Tik Tok's continued success internationally. This role is based out of our Dubai office. The brand-new hire will play an important role in assisting with the organization decisions as well as will work as a critical partner to the key international functions such as Content Partnerships, Programs, Advertising and Marketing, and Security. The brand-new hire will be a specific contributor for the time being as well as in the future will have a good opportunity to increase their role as the team expands.
Obligations
Give critical support and advice to senior finance managers and function heads;
Support teams to perform the Financial Planning process of the key features: create near-term and long-term budget strategies, monitor budget usage over planning durations, perform variance analyses, and update the budget/forecast periodically;
Bring out economic performance evaluation for the local organization, produce performance improvement proposals for the money lead;
In charge of optimizing the techniques, policies, programs, procedures and staff tasks;
Companion with various other business units and provide insightful as well as high quality monetary guidance to support the company's business decision-making;
Conduct regular market analysis and Business Intelligence research.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (ideally in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or comparable) or higher;
6-10 years of FP&A or equivalent work experience in web content, media or tech sectors;
Previous experience with SQL is a plus;
Track record with complex financial planning & analysis;
Hard skills: data analysis, financial modeling, as well as financial analysis;
Soft skills: excellent communication, strong analytical thinking and critical thinking abilities;
