Requirements:

Experience in fintech is highly desirable
Experience working in small environments and building multiple engineering teams in hyper-growth environments
Proven track record of adaptability to remote and onsite cultures
Successful launches of multiple greenfield products from start to finish
In-depth knowledge of fintech technologies such as payment systems, digital wallets, blockchain, AI/ML, and data encryption
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, particularly in the context of fast-growing fintech companies.
