Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations and accounting functions of the organization
Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure financial stability and growth
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management
Manage the accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards
Collaborate with other department heads to align financial objectives with overall business goals
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Serve as a strategic business partner to the executive team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA or MBA preferred
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented organization
Proven track record of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams
Proficient in using financial software and data analysis tools
Ability to think strategically and make data‑driven decisions
