Supervise and coordinate the engineering team in maintenance and repair activities.
Ensure all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems operate efficiently.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions.
Monitor energy consumption and recommend cost-saving measures.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Maintain records of maintenance work and prepare reports.
Train and guide engineering team members to enhance skills and productivity.
Your experience and skills include:
Service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on maintaining a seamless guest experience.
Proven experience in engineering, maintenance, or facility management, preferably in a hospitality or high-paced operational environment.
Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting while ensuring efficiency and safety.
