Description

Due to short staff numbers we are looking to appoint a Behaviour Support Workers on a short term basis, to work with young people with behavioural difficulties in a specialist provision in the Hartlepool area. Whilst many schools have closed their doors due to the current crisis, this provision remains open supporting some of Teesside's most vulnerable children.

A background in Community and Care, Sports or if you have been a Youth Worker or Learning Mentor is desirable for this role.

You will need to be flexible, have plenty of enthusiasm, motivation, good communication skills and the ability to work 1-1 or with small groups on specific programmes if required.
