Queen Elizabeth Grammar School Penrith A mixed selective academy Roll: 911 including 213 in the Sixth Form Ofsted: Outstanding in every category Head of Biology (with the potential for Head of Science) Salary MPS/UPS plus Head of Biology TLR 2b currently £5,097 (Head of Science TLR 1b currently £9,816) Full Time / Permanent Required for September 2020 We wish to recruit an enthusiastic Head of Science to lead a successful department. You will benefit from working with a very experienced and dedicated team of specialists. The successful candidate should be able to teach across the age range, including A Level, with a specialism in biology. The ability to teach either chemistry or physics at KS4 would also be advantageous, but not essential. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
