Job Description We are currently looking for a seasoned Editor to lead the editorial team and drive the content strategy of one of our core B2 B brands ITP. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Middle East technology sector coupled with a strong editorial background in both digital and magazine platforms. As the Editor you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's voice, overseeing content creation and ensuring the delivery of timely and relevant industry insights. Responsibilities Lead, manage and inspire a team of writers, reporters and contributors to produce high-quality content for digital and print platforms. Develop and execute an effective content strategy that aligns with the brand's objectives and resonates with the target audience. Plan, assign, write and edit articles, features and daily online news stories ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to the brand's editorial standards. Stay updated on industry trends, news and developments to ensure the brand's content remains timely and relevant. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including industry experts and partners to enhance content quality and coverage. Ensure the timely publication of content across various platforms including the brand's website, social media channels and print publications. Monitor and analyse content performance metrics to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of creativity, innovation and professional growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English or a related field. A minimum of three years of editorial experience; prior experience in B2 B publishing is preferred. Required Skills Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills. Strong editorial skills including editing, proofreading and fact checking. Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Proficient in using editorial software and tools.
