B. Ed from a recognized university
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the BFSI sector.
Minimum 2 years of experience in vocational education in the BFSI sector
Demonstrate experience in tailoring curriculum content to meet the specific needs and challenges in a diverse educational setting
Demonstrated experience in planning, organising, and delivering teacher training programs.
Required Skills:
Strong analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of curriculum delivery and recommend improvements.
Strong collaboration, decision making and problem-solving skills.
A dedicated commitment to quality and meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of trainers, ensuring they are well‑equipped to deliver high‑quality vocational education.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to trainers to enhance their teaching capabilities.
Oversee and manage the day‑to‑day training activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
Implement efficient systems for scheduling, conducting, and evaluating training sessions.
Develop and implement assessment strategies to measure the effectiveness of vocational education programs.
Ensure assessments are aligned with curriculum objectives and provide valuable insights into student performance.
Collaborate with educational experts and industry professionals to contribute to the development of an industry‑relevant curriculum.
Assist in refining curriculum content to meet the evolving needs of vocational education of students.
Assist in the design and delivery of teacher training programs, focusing on improving pedagogical approaches and vocational education methodologies.
Identify areas for improvement in curriculum, assessments, and training methodologies.
