Requirements:
10 - 15 years of sales experience in corporate, commercial projects, industrial customers, and institutional sales of products related to paint.
Establish the proper marketing strategy in Pakistan with the headquarters.
In charge of corporate operations to establish the organization chart, management system, and compensation and motivation plan.
Set up feasible sales targets and integrate market resources to develop a strong sales network in Pakistan.
Promote the Carpoly brand image and develop strategic partnerships with key customers.
Good communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
We prefer candidates from well-known paint companies with rich experience in wood paint, especially in the retail business. The candidate will be responsible for corporate operations, brand improvement, and sales network establishment.
