Evaluating the potential risks, opportunities and initiating necessary actions.
Dealing with all contractual matters with the client/engineer.

Preparation & settlement of claims.
Pre-qualification and selection of sub-contractors.
Tendering & evaluation for sub-contractors.
Maintain all records/documents regarding contractual matters.
Develop and administer project contract organization. Job Specification BE-Civil with 5-15 years experience or Chartered quantity surveyor from Royal Institute of Quantity Surveyors, England with matching experience.
