Compliance Officer & Audit
AA Exchange, Pakistan We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Customer Support & Compliance to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, and to meet their expectations.
Responsibilities:
Managing the customer support department’s day-to-day functions
Responding to escalated customer support issues
Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction
Formulating and revising customer support policies and promoting their implementation
Informing the team of all new information related to products, procedures, and trends
Assessing support statistics and preparing detailed reports on the findings
Overseeing and evaluating the team's ongoing performance
Delivering performance evaluations and following the disciplinary process according to company policy
Collaborating with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcements
Performing audits and generating internal reports
Taking preliminary actions
Job Specification Requirements:
1 year of proven working experience in the field of Customer Support and/or Compliance
Experience in providing customer service support
Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
Proficiency in English
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
Ability to think strategically and to lead
