Siemens Energy Pakistan is looking for CA Trainees to join us as Commercial Associate Trainees under ICAP’s Training Organization Outside Practice (TOo P) program for a 3.5‑year mandatory training period.
As a Commercial Associate Trainee, your day will be filled with diverse learning experiences across various financial disciplines. You’ll work on hands‑on projects involving financial accounting, taxation, and compliance, while collaborating with experienced professionals to analyze data and support decision‑making processes. Your contributions will play a vital role in driving financial efficiency and compliance, ultimately supporting Siemens Energy’s mission to deliver sustainable energy solutions.
How You’ll Make An Impact
Financial Accounting & Reporting: Journal entries, trial balance, financial statements, SAP ERP usage.
Taxation: Income tax & sales tax compliance, e‑filing, tax planning.
Risk & Internal Controls: ICFR implementation, control gap analysis, automation.
Legal & Compliance: Companies Act, SECP filings, contract management.
Business & Project Management: Rotation across Gas Services, Grid Transmission, Grid Services.
HR & Supply Chain: Payroll, labor laws, procurement workflows.
International Assignments: 1–4 week exposure at Siemens global entities.
Professional Development: IFRS/ISA updates, leadership grooming, soft skills.
What You Bring
CAF qualification (FTS 41 and above).
Strong academic background (Intermediate or A‑Levels).
Prior experience in accounting, tax, or reporting is a plus.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
