About the Job
We are currently seeking an energetic Kids Club attendant who will deliver excellent service while ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children.
About You
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working with children, preferably in a daycare or school setting.
Basic first aid and CPR certification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
Physical ability to lift, carry, and supervise children.
Monitor and supervise children to ensure their safety at all times.
Organize and conduct age-appropriate activities such as games, crafts, storytime, and field trips.
Help children with their personal needs, including eating, dressing, and toileting.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the Kids' Club area, ensuring toys and play equipment are clean and safe.
Communicate with parents about their child's experiences, development, and any issues that arise.
Handle any emergencies according to the facility’s policies and procedures.
Manage the check-in and check-out process for children as they arrive and leave the Kids' Club.
Keep records of children's attendance and activities.
