Inviting applications for the role of Associate, Order Management. In this role, you will be part of the order management team and would be independently handling all order processing requirements.
Responsibilities
Strong order management knowledge
Frequent interaction with clients through telephonic and email communication
Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes (procurement, logistics, SCM, etc.)
Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations, standards and best practices
Support the project coordinator for operational excellence and exceeding KPI targets
Responsible for developing process flow, SOPs and documentation
Sales order, purchase order creation in SAP
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of material Close coordination with logistics/cross‑functional teams to resolve any issues
Correcting any errors received due to incorrect entry of orders by supplier/customer and ensuring they are in the system for further processing
Email management
Analytical and problem‑solving skills
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any stream
SAP functional knowledge
MS Office (Excel, Word)
Flexibility to any shift
Strong e‑mail and customer call handling etiquettes
Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
SAP hands‑on experience
E‑mail/workflow handling tool exposure
Manufacturing industry experience/exposure
