Dubai Holding is looking to hire an

Assistant Manager - Analytics

for one of its business companies. The role holder will be reporting to the Senior Vice President, Hospitality Asset Management and accountability focus on Asset Management Analytics.

Key Accountabilities:
Customer feedback and social analytics + benchmarking
Identify performance metrics, do benchmarking and focus on pain points (monthly / quarterly) on:
Expenses
Revenue management
Capex
• Review P&L statements, forecasts, annual budgets and Capex with a benchmarking and trend view vs the portfolio basis
• Liaise with hotel staff on property for in depth reviews and assessments
Who we are looking for:
Experience in Hotel Asset Management
Experience in analytics – modelling
Experience in revenue management
Hotel Operations
Education / Professional Certifications:
Graduate qualification in statistics, real estate, hospitality, asset management or relevant subject area
Knowledge / Extensive Awareness of hotel
Revenue Management
Capital Expenditures
Operational Excellence:
Delivering excellence in a timely manner
Influencing and communicating
