The Role:
We are looking for an individual who will coordinate all sites, material arrangements, cost sheet maintenance, etc. Any and all activities related to supporting the work of our active sites.
Requirements:
Professional proficiency in Englishas well as Urdu , both in their respective written and verbal forms.
Minimum a Diploma or bachelor’s specialized in Engineeringor any equivalent field.
Minimum 1 or up to 2 Years of experience in the waterproofing or civil construction field.
Must be comfortable using MSExcel / Google Sheetsand MS Word / Google Docs.
Attention todetail ,organizedand takesinitiative.
Must have abike licenseand/ormotor vehicle.
Job Description:
Quotation Interpretation: Properly read and understand quotations to ensure the accurate execution of work.
Measurement and Billing: Verify measurement sheets and coordinate final billing with clients, ensuring timely submission and follow-ups within the team.
Material Management: Handle all aspects of material management, including identifying requirements, arranging pickup, ensuring correct dispatch and consumption, managing returns, and verifying proper application as per quotations.
Daily Follow-ups: Conduct daily follow-ups with clients/contractors/supervisors and maintain communication through Whats App groups.
Troubleshooting Collaboration: Collaborate with senior representatives to resolve any on-site troubleshooting issues effectively.
Site Visits and Quality Assurance: Conduct daily site visits to ensure high-quality inspections and adherence to standards.
Supervisor Oversight: Regularly oversee site supervisors to verify that the service work is being conducted properly.
Documentation: Maintain and manage documentation, including project lists and reports, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
