The Chain Reaction team is EXPANDING, and we have an exciting opportunity for you to work with an award-winning agency! We are currently looking for a Social Media Account Manager to join our Dubai office and manage local, regional, and international client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the overall social media strategy
Lead and mentor the social media team, providing guidance and support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing and business goals.
Manage and optimize social media campaigns to drive engagement and growth
Oversee content creation and ensure consistency with brand voice and guidelines
Analyze and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to innovate and improve social media efforts
Manage relationships with external partners, influencers, and agencies
Ensure all social media activities comply with legal and ethical standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media & Communication, or a related field
7+ years of experience in social media management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and emerging trends
Fluency in Arabic and English
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience managing and developing a team
Creative and social-first mindset
Expert knowledge in social best practices
