Alpha Solar, a UK-based company, is seeking a "Sales & Marketing Executive/Sales Engineer" who should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in solar energy products and solutions. Candidates should have excellent communication skills.

Job Description: Ensure regular visits in designated territory for prospecting & lead generation.
Responsible for exploring and increasing new clients as well as building relationships with existing clients.
Make phone calls and conduct in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
Analyze and understand customers’ requirements.
Responsibilities include achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
Forecast sales and monitor market trends in the assigned area.
Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling solar energy products/solutions.
Responsible for attending qualified meetings, providing complete demonstrations of Alpha's products and services, and closing sales.
Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits.
Prepare and serve quotations/proposals for customers based on their requirements.
Ensure that the quotations served are followed up and converted into sales.
Keep management informed about the quotations served and sales generated.
Ensure to achieve the sales targets.
Gather information from the market regarding marketing activities, promotions, new developments, and prices.
Maintain good business relationships with customers.
Responsible for attending various events organized or participated in by the company.
Provide timely feedback to the Head of Marketing & Sales regarding activities and meetings done with clients.
Only those applicants will be considered who have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the solar industry. A car or bike is a must for this position.
Proven track record is required.
