This key leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of day-to-day farm operations, including milk production, herd health, breeding, feed management, and staff supervision. You will be responsible for driving productivity, ensuring animal welfare, and maintaining high standards of compliance, hygiene, and efficiency across a high-capacity facility. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing commercial-scale dairy farms with several thousand head of cattle or more. The Candidate:- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience managing a large-scale commercial dairy farm (1000+ head of cattle).- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and training multi-cultural farm teams.- In-depth knowledge of herd management, breeding programmes, milk production, feed systems and automated technologies.- Experience in arid/hot climate conditions desirable.- Excellent organisational, reporting, and communication skills.- Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Science or related discipline preferred.- Fluent in English; Arabic or other language skills are a plus.
