Summary of Job Duties

The Special Events Worker is responsible for the
set-up of event facilities and the operation of audio-visual equipment for events, providing customer service, and assisting in all event
related needs. This position works primarily mid-day, Sunday - Thursday, with occasional nights and weekends depending on event needs.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious
working relationships with others.

Minimum Qualifications: Please ensure that all relevant application materials include details

  • The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
  • At least one year of experience setting up for special events,
    including operating multi-media equipment
