Position Summary
The Department of Surgery, Division of Transplantation, Insulin Gene Therapy for Treatment of
Diabetes (Dr. Hans Sollinger & Dr. Tausif Alam) Laboratory is seeking an individual to join our exciting and innovative research project
to perform experiments aimed at further improvements and optimization of gene therapy approach to treat diabetes in experimental small
animals. The ideal candidate will have excellent cell culture experiences, exemplified by precise and sterile technique, experience in
production of adeno associated virus (AAV). and experience in molecular cloning and related techniques. Experience working with experimental
rodents would be preferred.

Additional Information
This position can require occasional flexible hours, including infrequent weekend work.
