Job Description The Fluent Governance Director facilitates and continuously improves Fluents Governance Framework, including Business Governance Committee, Comprehensive Operations Committee, Founders Advisory Board, Presidents Council, Joint Strategy Councils, and Joint Operations Committees, and Multi-Client Forums, for prioritization and approval of financial and staff resource allocations on behalf of Fluent and Fluents clients, and for ensuring alignment, integration, and coordination across Fluents overall project portfolio. Thought leadership, critical thinking, and strong leadership are critical to the success of this role as this leader drives internal and external teams for critical business initiatives and objectives. Responsibilities Responsibilities The Fluent Governance Director leads, directs, and is accountable for the overall performance of the Fluent s Governance Framework: Effectively collaborates, coordinates, and communicates across multiple stakeholders, including: Fluents leadership team Fluents clients PHS enterprise services including Information Technology, Data & Analytics, Human Resources, Legal, and Compliance Fluent departments External implementation partners and consultants Engages clients through client-facing committees to obtain input into Fluents strategic development Leads strategy sessions to guide current and future client needs, engagement and/or resolve escalated needs and issues Ensures that Fluents Business Governance is aligned with Enterprise and Fluent organizational strategies, priorities, and goals, and incorporates client input Establishes and facilitates effective and efficient project portfolio governance and oversight Ensures that proper due diligence processes and documentation are followed to maintain effective and efficient allocation of Fluent resources in alignment with Fluent priorities and project portfolio capacity Integrates Fluents Business Governance into the overall capital and operating budget cycles for both Fluent and the Enterprise Ensures preparation of effective, timely governance materials and communications to ensure that leadership and governance committees and efficiently and effectively carry out their responsibilities, and maintain disciplined management of governance artifact repository Develops and maintains committee charters, and agendas Facilitates committee meetings, and ensures publishing of appropriate meeting minutes Cultivates professional relationships with key organizational leaders, based on trust and respect Creates organizational credibility, respect, and adherence to Fluent s Business Governance Framework Continuously improves the effectiveness and efficiency of Fluent s Business Governance Framework Other duties as assigned Other_Information Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business or related discipline(s) Minimum 5 years relevant business experience that includes success in complex, cross-functional projects, strategies, and decision processes, especially in a rapidly scaling enterprise Experience working as a member of a management team Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and networking skills and the ability to work with all levels of leadership, management and staff, both business and technical, as well as customers and vendors.
