Manage and process intercompany invoices, ensuring accuracy, timely posting, and compliance with internal policies and timelines for transactions between related entities.
Monitor long-term leases under IFRS 16, including asset qualification, creation of new assets, monthly entries, transfers, disposals, and reporting.
Oversee capital work-in-progress accounts by accurately tracking and recording costs associated with ongoing projects. Ensure timely capitalization of completed projects into fixed assets while adhering to internal policies and timelines.
Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes for specific ledgers, ensuring all financial activities are recorded and reported in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Take charge of accounting books maintained in the legacy system (JD Edwards), finalize the trial balance, upload data to Oracle Fusion, and conduct a thorough reconciliation of ledger balances to ensure accuracy.
Accurately allocate payroll and visa-related costs across different cost centers and projects. Perform reconciliations for payroll and miscellaneous payroll accounting entries to ensure alignment with financial records.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in project-related financial data by reconciling the project management module with the general ledger. Identify and resolve discrepancies to maintain financial integrity.
Support external audits by preparing audit schedules, responding to queries, and ensuring the timely provision of required documentation.
Prepare and maintain detailed schedules for balance sheet accounts, ensuring all balances are supported by appropriate documentation. Conduct regular reconciliations to maintain accuracy and completeness in financial reporting.
