Responsibilities
Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis treatment plans developed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions focused on skill acquisition and behavior modification in diverse settings such as home, clinic, or school.
Utilize techniques like Functional Behavior Assessment, Discrete Trial Training, and Social Skills Training to enhance communication and social interaction skills.
Collect, record, and analyze detailed data on client responses and progress during therapy sessions to guide ongoing intervention strategies.
Engage with children to reduce challenging behaviors through evidence-based ABA methods while fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and clinical team members to ensure consistency and effectiveness of intervention across all environments.
Participate actively in professional development activities including training sessions, workshops, and regular supervision to refine therapeutic approaches and skills.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and confidential records in compliance with ethical and professional standards.
Ensure therapy environments are safe, welcoming, and conducive to optimal learning for children receiving services.
